INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Working within the ITIL Foundation® framework ensures correct and quick handling of incidents (unplanned events), so your services are restored as fast as possible to limit business impact.

We believe strongly in doing things the right way, proper logging and implementation of workarounds before an incident might be handed over to Problem Management.

NOC / SOC

A Network Operation Center or Service Operation Center is the epicenter of your Network and IT operations. We have years of hands-on experience from one of the best Service Operation Centers in Europe with up to 86% resolve rate of all incidents.
This is possible largely because good documentation, good understanding of the ITIL® processes and front loading of 2nd level task to 1st level.
